On March 1, 2007, Pelco International merged with Ted Pella, Inc. and became Pelco International, a Division of Ted Pella, Inc. The existing organization that currently serves our international customers will remain in place.
Our international customers will benefit from our increased efficiency. The merger also enables us to allocate more resources for new product development and will increase our new product introductions for science and industry.
